Login and Orgs
Log in
- Go to your LvlUp sign-in page.
- Enter the email and password you set during activation.
- If you forgot your password, use forgot password to receive a new code and reset (see your internal policy on shared devices).
Multiple organizations
If the same email is used in more than one organization, you’ll see a list of organizations after a successful password check. Tap the org you want to work in. You can switch by signing out and back in, depending on your workflow.
Still locked out
- Wrong email? You must use the email your org expects for your profile.
If the app shows a generic “can’t help” line on login issues, that’s to protect your privacy. Contact your internal support with your store/region context.
