When to use

Use forgot password when you don’t know your current password. If you can log in and want a new password, use the in-app or profile password change path if your organization provides it.

Steps

1. Open the forgot password page from the sign-in screen.
2. Enter your email. You’ll get a single message to continue — follow it.
3. Verify the one-time code
4. Set a new password and save it in your password manager if you use one.

Tips

• Use a password you don’t reuse on unrelated sites.
• If you have multi-org access, your password will update universally.
