My session ended but I don't see a summary yet
After a coaching call ends, the summary usually shows up in History within a minute or two. Sometimes it takes a little longer.
What's happening
When the call ends, LvlUp saves the recording, writes a short summary of what you talked about, and adds it to your history. That whole process normally takes 30 seconds to a couple of minutes.
What to do
- Wait a minute, then pull down or refresh History.
- If it's been more than 10 minutes, refresh one more time.
- If it's been more than an hour and the summary is still missing, let your manager know or contact support. Tell them the day and rough time of your call.
What you don't need to do
- You don't need to start the call over.
- You don't need to do anything in the app to "save" the session.
- The conversation was already captured when the call ended -- the summary is just being written.
