My name is wrong, or I want to be called something different
You can't change your name from inside the app, but it's an easy fix through your manager or support.
How to fix it
The fastest way: ask your regional or store manager. They can update your name in LvlUp from their dashboard.
If you can't reach a manager: submit a support ticket through your usual support channel and tell them:
- The name showing in LvlUp now
- The name you want
- Whether you want to change your full name (what's on file) or your preferred name (what the coach calls you)
Full name vs. preferred name
- Full name is what your company has on record for you.
- Preferred name is the name the coach uses when talking to you during a session.
If your full name is "Robert" but you go by "Bobby," your preferred name would be "Bobby." The coach will say "Bobby" when greeting you and during the call.
Why you can't change it yourself
Your name is part of your work record. Keeping changes routed through your manager makes sure your records stay consistent across the systems your company uses.
