Activate your Account

Overview

To protect your account, LvlUp uses a one-time code sent to your email to verify you before you set a password.

Steps

  1. Open the activation page (from your invite or internal instructions).
  2. Enter the email your organization uses for your account.
  3. Check your inbox (and spam/promotions) for a message with a 6-digit code.
  4. Enter the code within the time shown on screen. If the code expires, request a new one and wait for the cooldown if shown.
  5. If you have multiple sign-in options, follow the prompts. If a password is required, set one you’ll remember.

If you don’t get the code

  • Confirm the email address matches what your org has on file.
  • Wait a minute, then use resend if available (subject to rate limits for abuse prevention).
  • If your organization hasn’t added an email for you yet, ask your manager or corporate contact to add or update your email, then try again.

After activation

You’re signed in and can use the app. If you have more than one organization using the same email, you may be asked to pick an org at login — that’s expected.
