Start a Coaching Session

Before you start

  • Stable connection (Wi-Fi or good mobile data).
  • Allow microphone when the browser or app asks — LvlUp uses voice for the session.
  • A quiet spot if possible, so the coach can hear you clearly.

Start a session

  1. From home or the coaching entry point, start this week’s session (wording may vary in your app).
  2. If you see a “syncing previous session” or wait state, let it finish. See the companion article on stuck states if it doesn’t resolve in a few minutes.
  3. When the session connects, follow the coach’s prompts. You can usually end when you’re done if your org allows it.

Session content

Sessions may use KPIs, announcements, or topics your leaders configured. If something doesn’t look right, note what you saw and when so support can help.
